Mix with those who agree with your feelings, perceptions or both in your imagination for a start. Someone always needs someone else to hate. There's no need to be the one they do.

You could find a verse or quote to use for affirmation. Writing the Lord's Prayer down verse by verse once a day will imprint itself to become a daily thought-form in your mind and heart without making a demand to conform to another's expectations.

The 23rd Psalm has helped many. Sooner or later your life will begin to reflect your thought-form. A lamb or sheep could represent your own expectations as a lamb would. Sheep may represent your own goals and sheepherder your higher authority or intelligence.

Write each verse down. Write the same verse over and over for 10 to 15 times just like your 8th grade English teacher assigned after class for the one person who kept upsetting her. Next day or month write the next verse at least 10 times. You could write the whole song fifteen times each day too. The important thing to do is pay attention to your thoughts as you write. What do words like 'debt' trigger in the Lord's (Higher Intelligence-for some their boss, priest, pastor, IRS agent, or landlord) Prayer.

Find a place alone without interfering electronics to recite the song, prayer or affirmation.
