President Abraham Lincoln advocated having the government organize care for farmers and veterans. The FBI building can change its name to Elfego Baca and house the US Marshall's Service to work with forensic labs set up in each aggie college which also trains county agricultural extension agents. And seeing how the Veterans' Administration discovered with a 2012 Research project that the VA has caused Veterans to commit suicide more than any other institution, then it would be desirable to eliminate the VA along with the FBI. The Secretary of State would be responsible for ensuring armories were staffed with extension agents and every sheriff's department staffed with a US Marshall working from the county armory. Standing armies are a threat to our Republic and the 50 flags for which we stand to fight under. Call it local control and freedom of the press.
 
Veterans could be supported by a monthly income of $3725/month; poisoned veterans $4250/month; shell-shocked veterans $4375/month; and physically disabled Veterans up to $8350/month. This can be paid for by a war-tax on Halliburton and others who delightfully monger war for profit and take no risk themselves. Currently, county property taxes and families feebly attempt to help veterans. Wiping 79% to 94% of all victimless crime statutes off the books would decrease welfare costs and the need for bureaucracies to fumble their way through the day. Turning VA facilities over to each state's Veterans Department would save billions of dollars by opening the doors of employment to everyone and not just the calumny of one religion. Secretary-of-State extension agents would keep everyone abreast by doing what Romanist priests do now.


Just as most of our founders predicted, the federation is obsolete, so obsolete the corrupt cannot even cover their tracks without pointing their fingers at themselves.

Bill Gates has the same thing in mind if you notice grocery shelves are missing popular items in some of the non-Mormon/non-Catholic grocery markets. This was the original strategy in the 1830s, but the seminar Father Chiniquy wrote about in 1854 changed the objective to settlements and control of the vote with large families.
